When will my order be ready?

The current lead time for shipping is 21 days (this changes during the Christmas season to 4 weeks, as all pieces are handmade to order. We kindly ask that you allow the designated time for your order to be made and shipped.

What is your guarantee on all jewellery?

For silver and demi-fine jewellery, we offer a 6 month guarantee on each item from the date of receipt. For fine jewellery, we offer a 12 month guarantee on on each item from the date of receipt. Following this 6 month and 12 month time period respectively, there will be a charge for repairs if you do require repair of an item.

Do you offer personalised messages for your pieces?

Shipping & Returns Information:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

Our shipping options are as follows:

UK Customers: We have a varying range of shipping options to choose from. Your order should be with you in 3-4 days once you have been notified of shipping (please check junk mail).

International Customers: We ship via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed. Your order should be with you in 8-10 days once you have been notified of shipping (please check junk mail). We do not take responsibility over any custom charges. This will be the responsibility of the customer.

What is your returns policy?

We offer returns and exchanges on all items except for earrings or piercing products, due to hygiene reasons. We kindly ask that you contact us at jane@feathersawings.co.uk or fill in the contact form above, prior to shipping an item back to us. At present we do not cover cost for items being returned or exchanged. If you do need to return or have an item exchanged, please email

Do you offer repairs on items?

Yes we do. Please note that we do not take responsibility for postage and packing for items returned to us for repair. Please contact us at jane@feathersandwings.co.uk prior to shipping an item back to us. If your item is received damaged, we allow up to 14 days for an item to be returned for repair from the delivery date.
