For many of you who have followed me along my journey, you may remember I started Feathers & Wings after volunteering at a charity that helped vulnerable women overcome addictions (The Waterfall Trust, Southampton). I started jewellery making by teaching the women at the trust as part of their creative sessions and subsequently started Feathers & Wings, donating 10% of my sales to the charity. Since its dissolution, I had done similar volunteer work in London (with Refuge) but post COVID, looked into partnering with a charity once again, but hadn’t settled anywhere until now!

I’m so excited to share that Feathers & Wings has now become a charitable partner of Luminary Bakery and will be donating 10% of every sale to support the Luminary Bakery and their efforts in helping socially disadvantaged women.

Luminary is a beautiful social enterprise aimed at supporting socially & economically disadvantaged women by teaching them transferable life and work skills through baking! Giving women a second chance at building a better future for themselves.
